This essential is probably one of the hardest to make a lifetime habit. Even if at one point in your life you loved and lived for your daily exercise time, injuries or change in lifestyle can have a huge impact on getting back on track.
While I love giving advice and tips on what you can do, make no mistake that I'm human too. Almost four months after having a baby, I'm struggling to get my own self moving beyond day to day running around after my kids and running a practice.
It's the little things we do to make it work. Exercise to me, is just finding a way outside your day to day activities, to find time to move it! Whether its your scheduled 30-60 minute gym time, or if you're a busy mom/dad, just a 20 minute walk your family takes after dinner together, you can find time to keep moving.
So how do we keep it going? Find a buddy to keep you accountable. Even if its for your 20 minute family walks! If you need help, please feel free to reach out and ask.
