Preventative health care is about checking your body on a regular basis to make sure it’s working properly, to see if it is capable of adapting and working better as you work to better your life. Specific chiropractic care is a prime example of checking the body to make sure the brain and nervous system are working properly before symptoms of illness and dis-ease show up. Showing up to your chiropractor’s office after having a problem is not preventative health care.
