Hydration is one of the top essentials during the summer months. Lack of proper water intake can lead to people's least favorite symptom... headaches!
So what's your #?
To find out how much water you need to drink, take your weight in pounds and divide by 2. This is the minimum number of ounces you need to drink daily if you have basic every day activity. If you work out or run around after a kid or two, add 8 oz for every 30 minutes of activity.
